1. Returns Eligibility

  • You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
    • Unused and in the same condition that you received it
    • In the original packaging (sealed, if applicable)
    • With all tags, labels, and any accessory parts included
  • Non-returnable items: Certain products are not eligible for return, such as:
    • Opened supplements (for hygiene / safety reasons)
    • Gift cards
    • Items marked as “Final Sale”
    • Personalized or custom products (if you offer such)

2. How to Initiate a Return

  1. Email us at info.herbalfatburner@gmail.com with your order number, item name, and reason for return.
  2. Once your return is approved, we’ll provide you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and the return address.
  3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging (or a suitably protective package) and ship it back to us.
  4. You must bear the return shipping costs, unless the item is defective or we made an error.

3. Refunds

  • Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it.
  • If your return is approved, we’ll process your refund within 7–10 business days.
  • Refunds will be made to the original payment method you used for purchase.
  • Shipping costs (original shipping fee) are not refundable, unless the return is due to a defect or a mistake on our part.

4. Exchanges

  • We currently offer exchanges only for identical products (same item, same variant).
  • If you want to exchange for a different product, we recommend returning the original item (per return policy) and placing a new order.

5. Defective or Incorrect Items

  • If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item, please report it within 7 days of delivery.
  • Email us at info.herbalfatburner@gmail.com with:
    • Your order number
    • Photos of the defect / damage / wrong item
    • A brief description of the issue
  • Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or a full refund, including return shipping (if applicable).

6. Refund Denial

We reserve the right to deny refunds if:

  • The returned item does not meet our return eligibility criteria (used, damaged, or missing parts)
  • You return the item after the 30-day window
  • The product is a non-returnable item as described above

If a refund is denied, we’ll inform you via email, explaining why, and return the product to you (at your cost).

7. Cancellations

  • You can cancel your order before it is shipped by emailing info.herbalfatburner@gmail.com with your order number.
  • If you cancel before shipping, we will issue a full refund (excluding any fees, if applicable).
  • Once the order has been shipped, cancellation is not possible. You’ll need to follow the returns process once it arrives.

8. Refund Processing Time

  • After we approve your return, allow 7–10 business days for your refund to be processed.
  • Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional days for the refund to appear in your account.
